Ethylene-based PVC offers on LC at sight, CIF China Main Port basis
As SSESSMENTS.COM noted a US PVC producer is willing to sell cargoes to China below a threshold level. A China-based trader reported on receiving import offers from a US PVC producer at $610/ton on LC at sight, CIF China Main Port basis. The supplier indicated that the offer is not firm as deals can be concluded at below $600/ton-level if there are serious buyers.
