A source with knowledge of the matter informed SSESSMENTS.COM that China’s Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Company Ltd has started maintenance at its HDPE plant. Located in Shanghai, China, the company’s HDPE plant with a production capacity of 300,000 tons/year shut on July 5 and scheduled to remain offline for 10 days for maintenance purposes.
