A source with knowledge of the matter informed SSESSMENTS.COM that China’s Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry has resumed production at its Methanol-To-Olefins (MTO) plant. As stated, the company’s MTO plant which is located in Yulin, Shaanxi, China, has completed turnaround maintenance and restarted the plant since the end of May 2020. Previously, the MTO plant which can produce 300,000 tons/year of ethylene and 300,000 tons/year of propylene had been under maintenance since April 6.
