A source with knowledge of the matter revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM that a South Korean PP producer, Hanwha Total Petrochemical plans to shut its PP plant for maintenance purposes. The company’s PP plant with a production capacity of 400,000 ton/year will be offline in September for 10-14 days, but the exact date has yet to be determined.
