A source from India’s Chemplast Sanmar Ltd informed SSESSMENTS.COM on brief maintenance at its PVC plant. As informed, the company’s PVC plant with a capacity of 300,000 tons/year was undergoing brief maintenance shutdown since Sunday, May 10. The PVC plant located in Mettur Dam near Salem in Tamil Nadu will resume production on Tuesday, May 12.
