Market sources in India informed SSESSMENTS.COM that Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has resumed production at its PE and PP plant in Panipat complex. As reported, the 300,000 tons/year HDPE plant and 600,000 tons/year PP plant resumed operation within this week, week commencing May 11. Meanwhile, it's another petrochemical complex located in Paradip has not resumed production yet.
