Market sources with knowledge of the matter revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM that Malaysia’s Lotte Chemical Titan has restarted its HDPE plant since early this week. As noted, the producer’s HDPE plant with a capacity of 220,000 ton/year was previously shut on the week commencing June 8 for maintenance purposes.
