Russia’s largest PVC producer, SayanskKhimPlast, has shut its plant for scheduled maintenance, market sources informed SSESSMENTS.COM. The 350,000 tons/year PVC plant has been shut for a 25-day turnaround since July 8. The sources also said that Russia’s second-largest PVC producer RusVinyl planned to start maintenance at its 330,000 tons/year unit on July 13 for two weeks.
