PlantsSSESSMENTS: Sinopec SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Took Cracker Unit Off-Stream

A source with knowledge of the matter revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM that Sinopec SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co Ltd (SSTPC) has taken off-stream its naphtha cracker on May 9, 2020. The cracker unit will remain shut for around two months for turnaround maintenance. Located in Tianjin, China, the naphtha cracker can produce 1 million tons/year of ethylene and 540,000 tons/year of propylene.
