PlantsSSESSMENTS: Thailand’s PTT To Shut PE Plants For Maintenance Purposes

Market sources reported to SSESSMENTS.COM that Thailand’s PTT Public Company Ltd will conduct a maintenance shutdown at its LDPE and LLDPE plants for around 20-30 days. The producer’s LDPE and LLDPE plants with a capacity of 300,000 ton/year and 400,000 ton/year respectively will be shut after the completion of maintenance at the HDPE plant that started on the week commencing May 25. However, the fixed duration of maintenance at LDPE and LLDPE plants has yet to be determined.
