Market talks have it that South Korea’s Hanwha Chemical plans to shut its two PVC plants for maintenance work. As informed to SSESSMENTS.COM the producer’s PVC plant located in Ulsan and Yeosu, South Korea with a production capacity of 305,000 tons/year and 435,000 tons/year respectively will be shut for maintenance at the end of May 2020.
