Market talks have it that Thailand’s Siam Cement Group (SCG) has planned to shut its Olefin Conversion Unit (OCU) plant. Market sources reported to SSESSMENTS.COM that the OCU plant with a production capacity of 350,000 tons/year of propylene will be off-stream in Q4 2020.
